The house offers its guests a sunny south-west terrace (40 square meters) with barbecue, another fireplace in the house, walk-in shower, full-surface floor heating, washing machine and quality equipment with built-in kitchen incl. dishwasher.
The property offers 700sqm for sole use and has an idyllic location. It is located at a little-traveled road and is only seperated from the lake by a 100m strip of forest.

The well-developed network of cycle paths through the nature reserve towards Wismar or along Lake Schwerin towards city of Schwerin provides space for active vacation.
